This one act of “quality kindness” has renewed my faith in customer service.

We received the door yesterday as part of the double barn door bought from Home Depot. The packaging was perfect and the instructions were so easy to follow.  We couldn’t be happier with the product. Although we did notice that the right door has a small crack in the middle panel, nothing that would hinder the use, but just noticeable enough to be mentioned.

I sent a nice note to customer service, not requesting anything, just to mention for quality control, and within 4 days to our surprise, another full door set-up was delivered, free of charge, no strings attached!

Installation is so simple

I have two of these PVC Split Barn Doors that I purchased through Home Depot in Arnold MO. Installation is so simple along with the operation of the doors. These are a great buy for the money. Maintenance free, all parts for installation are included and easy to clean.

Probably, no definitely, the best customer service I have had in years!!!

I was at my wits end and resigned to having to make do without critical bifold door parts that were lost while I was painting my home.

Purchased at Home Depot, I contacted Home Fashion Technologies thinking that the request for part information would be ignored. That’s just the way things seem to go these days.

What a delight that Cassie responded within hours! And within a day I had a FedEx tracking number with the parts I needed. Incredibly, she knew more about the part than I did and sent me a photo of it so I didn’t have to take time to take a picture myself.

Such a fantastic experience!!

I have to post this rave review and tell you that if you have a choice, buy from this vendor. Cassie is amazing.
